Trouble Logging In?

Here are some troubleshooting items that can be very helpful when logging in to Wealthscape:

Username: When logging in you can use the User ID that we sent you or create your own User ID. If you forget your User ID, we can send that information to you. For security reasons, we do not process these requests through our website. Please call or send your request to us using the email that we have for you on file.

Password: We do not have access to any passwords you create, so if you forgot your password, please go through the “Forgot Password” process to reset that information.

Browser: To log into your account, we recommend using Microsoft Edge or Chrome as your browser. If you are using Safari, please refer to the special instructions at the bottom of this page on how to access Wealthscape through that browser. If you continue to have trouble, you may also try cleaning your browser cookies. Be sure to clear browsing data for "All Time" not just cookies created during the "Last Hour."

Website: Unless you are responding to an email by NFS or Kestra, we recommend that you access your accounts through our website to ensure that you are always on the correct access page. Click the Login button to get started.

Statements and Tax Documents: Once inside your portal, you will click the Accounts button on the left side of the page. Then click the arrow next to any account options. Select the account you wish to view. You should see a Details link next to your account. Click that link and you will see a Documents tab at the top of the page. When you click that tab, you will be given the option to view your statements and tax documents for that account.

Update Document Delivery options: Once you have logged into to your account, the system may prompt you to enroll in paperless delivery. Follow the steps provided. If the system does not prompt you to do this, then you can enroll or change your options by clicking the Menu at the top right side of the page. This page will pull up Document Delivery Instructions for the first account listed. Make any changes needed and click “Save this Account" at the bottom and click “I agree.” At the top of the page, click the next account listed and repeat the steps. When the process is complete, the system will return you to your accounts for viewing.

Instructions for Safari:

Desktop / Laptop: Select Safari > Preferences. Select Privacy. For Website tracking, uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking. For Cookies and website data, uncheck Block all cookies. Return to the Login page and refresh page to sign in.

Mobile/Tablet: On your Home screen, tap Settings. Tap Safari. Under Privacy & Security, tap to turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking. Tap to turn off Block All Cookies. Return to the Login page and refresh page to sign in.
